Teaching....

Nowadays I spend my nights teaching... an un-official tuition if you will..
For my 2 cousins... I focus on maths, science, history and those three special science...
From my experience, I tend to get side-tracked by idle comments... But I can still teach the required stuf.. Can you believe while teaching physics about inertia and its relevance to bowling, I was suddenly chatting bout bowling techniques with my cousin... So If I was a real teacher, I'd be a student's favorite, but definitely not the parent's.... Heh.... Anyway, I believe I'm about to praise myself here,

Its just.... I tend to present science in an interesting angle.. Come on seriously..... Who'd wanna know bout inertia or its effect... Who'd wanna know bout gravity????
Ok.. suppose i say to you, you know that the ocean tide rises at night?
You know that the ocean current is affected by what??
You know why the moon stays above us and doesn't just flew off into space??
Now you'd wanna know why... So lets say gravity is responsible... Do you realize that one small thing actually connects all the above questions???
Now, inertia.... You know bout seat belts, air bags.. why are they invented??? And how did the inventors know what factor to take into account... Yep... Inertia.. And momentum of course.. And lets not forget impulse too...

Of course, the real explanation is a lot more detailed.. And I did give the detailed explanation to my cousin...
Its just I'm thinking that that's too much detail to write down here...
Suffice to say I managed to pique her interest in physics.. Now I have to think what to say bout history or chem or even bio.... Hmmmm
